Our products are manufactured in North America and guaranteed against manufacturer defects. We strive to provide you with top quality products that you will be happy with. Parade float decorations may be ordered in any color combination. Colors may not appear exactly as shown in the catalogue or on the web-site, color samples can be sent if desired.
We accept payment by Visa or Master Card. In the case of organizations, towns or cities, we accept PO numbers and cheques OAC. We use a secure web-site to process your credit card and send a receipt by email.
Decorations are usually shipped the same or next day as we normally keep inventory on hand. For some props, signs, cut-out letters and special order items, allow one or two weeks extra. All shipments are FOB Winnipeg and are sent by Canada Post as it is the most economical but we also use Purolator, UPS or FedEx. If you need it rush, we can do expedited or next day shipping. Shipping dates do not include weekends or holidays.
Any orders where goods have been damaged, lost or delayed in shipping please make a claim with the courier company. Claims for goods in transit are the responsibility of the consignee, but we will work with you to provide information on that shipment. Notify us ASAP and make note of missing cartons or visible damage.
We stand behind our products and if any are proven defective in materials or workmanship, we must be notified within 7 days. Otherwise, all sales are final, no returns without prior approval, please contact us to make arrangements. Shipping costs on returns are the responsibility of the buyer. All returns must be undamaged; a restocking fee of 20% may apply. Custom products cannot be returned.
